WHAT'S MORE DIFFICULT: APOLOGIZING OR FORGIVENESS?
Hey UN•THERAPIST,
We need your help UN•THERAPIZING something...
What's more difficult, apologizing or forgiving?
I mean, saying "I'm sorry" can be tough, especially if you don't feel like you were wrong in the first place. But forgiveness? Whew… that's a whole other level. Forgiveness requires the work after the words; the inner work of not keeping score, not throwing it back in someone's face, and not punishing them for something you already said you released.
But here's the twist:
📌 Do apologies even count if they don't come with action?
📌 Is forgiveness ever "mandatory" just because someone said sorry?
Join us for another session of UN•THERAPY as we UN•THERAPIZE the weight of apologies, the patience of forgiveness, why timelines rarely line up, and how personal thresholds shape whether we move on or hold on.
