During our Thanksgiving 2025 episode “PTFD: POST TRAUMATIC FOOD DISORDER,” Coach shook the room, claiming that the frosting/icing determines the flavor of the cake… not the cake itself, and we ALL had questions.

According to Coach, a yellow cake with chocolate frosting is considered a “chocolate cake” as opposed to a yellow cake.
