Hey UN•THERAPIST,

We need your help UN•THERAPIZING something…

Is being cheap the same as being frugal?

We sparked this from a conversation where it was said, "If a man is using coupons, looking for deals, or trying to save money, that’s not attractive."

But let’s pause.

📌 If you can save money, why wouldn’t you?
📌 Are we ignoring discounts to look like we got it?

Coach said it plain: "When his wife saves him money, that’s a turn on."

So now the real question is…
📌 Are we mislabeling discipline as cheap?

Because there’s a difference between not having and knowing how to manage what you do have.

Then we shifted gears: BABY SHOWERS.

📌 At what point did they turn into full-on adult game nights?

Musical chairs, winner takes all, some of these games feel less like a celebration and more like a competition.

So, who are baby showers really for? The baby OR the adults?

And one more thing...
📌 How is it that someone can call you “the problem” but years later, they’re still in the same place?
📌 Was it really you or a mindset that never changed?

Join us for another session of UN•THERAPY as we UN•THERAPIZE cheap vs. frugal, discipline vs. perception, baby shower culture, and accountability vs. repeated patterns.
